Dr. Sood does not accept any insurance plans. Upon payment of fees, the office will submit a receipted superbill with appropriate diagnostic codes and billing codes to the patient’s insurance carrier.

Dr. Sood is not a Medicare provider. Some supplemental insurance carriers will provide some reimbursement to patients seen by physicians who have opted out of Medicare. To facilitate such reimbursement, patients will be given a copy of Dr. Sood’s opt-out notice for submission to their supplemental carrier.
